Track & Trace Step 1: Your order has been placed! You will receive an order confirmation and an e-mail in which you can change the delivery time if necessary.
Step 2: We will pack your order, and from this point on it is not possible to change the delivery time.

Step 4: On the day of delivery, you will receive a message from the carrier with an exact time frame.
Step 5: Your order is delivered, or will be delivered the next business day to a service point near you. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of this.
Absent during delivery Netherlands: DHL places a card in your mailbox indicating which neighbors your package has been delivered to. If this is not possible, the order will be delivered to a service point near you the next day. With the code on this card, you can use track & trace to see where your package will be delivered. PostNL now only shows the status digitally. Belgium: If the recipient is not at home on the first delivery attempt, the package will be taken to the nearest Post point. The customer will be notified. You can pick up the package there starting the next day.
