Personalized products
Products you purchase through this online store are custom made to the specification you entered. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This makes the sale final after successful payment.

What if the delivered item is broken?
Take a picture of the damage and mail the picture (quoting the order number and item number) to our contact. We will provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Which items may not be returned?
The following products cannot be returned. Largely the products are personalized so we do not accept returns in most cases.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. (For example, food items)
  • Personalized products and custom products where it is indicated that we produce the product to order. (For example, personalized thank yous, textiles, cake toppers)

Returns of non-personalized products
Send an email via the contact page and enter your order number and the zip code the order was delivered to. Enter the number of pieces and the return reason for the items you wish to return. Products may be returned at your own expense.
