Are you open to custom orders?
Yes, we allow various product customizations based on your personal preferences. They can be invitations, envelopes, table cards, wrappers and signboards. Just go to our quote form and let’s talk about what you have in mind.
I placed an order. How do I know it has been processed?
Your order has been processed correctly when you have received an email with the order confirmation from us.

My product is not to my liking, what can I do?
If a product does not meet your expectations you can return it. See under the returns heading how to return products and what the conditions are.
Do you also have a store?
We don’t have a physical store. By appointment, however, you can stop by our location.
